Additionally, we provide the assistive technology application provided by Level Access free of charge for consumers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse or reading. This auxiliary aid and service is free to download and incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation and more.

What is it?

The Level Access application (“App”) is a suite of assistive technologies for use on desktop computers and certain mobile devices that will help our customers with physical disabilities to access our website more easily. The App features tools such as:

  • Hands-free mouse
  • Voice commands
  • Visual click assist
  • On-screen keyboard
  • Text-to-speech

The App is easy-to-use and can be activated quickly.

Who is it for?

The App is primarily to assist people who have trouble typing, moving a mouse, or reading due to a variety of conditions, such as:

  • Age related factors
  • Stroke/paralysis
  • Arthritis
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Dyslexia
  • Mild visual impairment
  • Limited proficiency in English
  • Literacy deficiencies
  • Other learning or reading issues
