Our mission is to empower you with a line of naturally luxurious skincare and aging prevention products that deliver exceptional results. We prioritize using only the finest ingredients from trusted ethical suppliers, ensuring high-quality, cruelty-free, and sustainable products that cater to customers who know they deserve the best. 

Brave in Bloom offers two different subscription kits, focused on meeting our customers’ skincare and aging prevention needs:

We ensure that each company we source from is fully vetted and adheres to strict standards that guarantee each and every ingredient we utilize is never tested on animals.

We recommend that you do not use a product if you have a known allergy to one of its ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a "patch test" to ensure that your skin is compatible with a product before using.

All ingredient information is available on each product page for your convenience. Please enact your responsibility by reading the ingredients of each product before purchasing, so that you may determine if the product is right for you.

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a skincare line that contains synthetic ingredients before switching to our natural products, you may experience a ‘transition period.’ During this period, the skin releases impurities that have built up from the use of these ingredients over time. These reactions are also uncommon, but if the reaction is severe, please stop using the product.

We are committed to empowering women and proudly provide 3% of our profits to charities that support the growth and development of girls and women in the areas of educational and business support, as well as legislative representation. Membership Questions

Choose any of our subscription plans (Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month) and your first monthly box will ship within 3-5 days. Each month we’ll start billing you* for your monthly shipments on the 1st of each month and ship your package out of our warehouse between the 2nd and the 6th of the month. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your box leaves the warehouse.

Each month, you’ll also receive a surprise sample product that we custom design for our customers, so we know you’ll love it!

*If you are signed up for a 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month plan, you'll only be billed again at the end of your term.

Our monthly subscription plan costs just $150 per month.

If you commit to a 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month plan, you pay upfront, but the “per box” rate is discounted to $119.99/box on the 3-Month plan, $114.99/box on the 6-Month plan, or $109.99/box on the 12-Month plan.

Shipping is free for US customers. For international customers, there is an additional $9.99 per box fee for shipping and handling.

You’ll be billed on the day you first sign up for BB – and then on the 1st of the month, every month thereafter. If you are signed up for a 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month plan, you'll only be billed again at the end of your term.

For Subscription and Marketplace purchases, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, MetaPay, PayPal, shopPay, and Venmo. And all of this is handled within an industry-leading secure, PCI-compliant, payment portal.

It is very easy if you need to, though we’ll be sad to see you go! Your Brave in Bloom subscription can be canceled by going to the subscription tab within your account. There will be an option to cancel your subscription there..

That’s all there is to it! You don’t need to call or e-mail anyone. Once you cancel your subscription you won’t be billed again. Though you will still receive any monthly boxes for which you’ve already paid.

If you’re having trouble with this, please message our Customer Support (support@braveinbloom.com) team before the 1st of the month to avoid auto-renewal.

Our Marketplace orders, on the other hand, get processed right away. If you need to cancel, please write in within an hour from the time you have placed your order.

Yes, you can sign up for just our Flawless Beauty Skincare Kit or just for our Timeless Beauty Aging Prevention Kit. Our boxes are designed independently of each other to address different things that help our customers become and maintain their best selves. So, you can utilize them together or separately, as you need!

Of course! Our Flawless Beauty Skincare Kit is designed to help our customers develop and maintain healthy, hydrated, and nourished skin from the inside out. And our Timeless Beauty Aging Prevention Kit is designed to help our customers maintain their youthful complexions throughout their lifetimes. They compliment each other and work great together! We think you’ll love how they help you to become and maintain your best self :)

You sure can! Our Marketplace is open to members and non-members alike. You can purchase whichever items you want. Our products range from items that are included our kits, special bundles, add-ons, and more—all custom-created to help our customers become and maintain their best selves. We add limited "drops" in the Marketplace on occasion, but fan favorites always go fast.

Your first monthly kit will ship within 3-5 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

If you've purchased from our Marketplace, those orders ship within a few days of your purchase.

We offer non-recurring one-time gift cards.

From the billing screen, you’ll be able to update your billing method, shipping address, and email.

To update your email, please log into your account, click on “Billing Information,” and then click on “Edit” under your email address.

To track your Brave in Bloom box, we will send you an email containing a tracking number once it has left our warehouse!

Please do note that it can take up to 10 business days for a package to be delivered to customers in the United States from the day your box leaves our warehouse. International packages can take up to 4 weeks from the day your box leaves our warehouse to be delivered, depending on the time it takes to clear customs.

Returns

Our goal is to avoid any issues and to do our best to resolve any issue that does pop up. You are important to us and we want to take care of you. If there’s something in your order that arrives damaged – or if something just doesn’t work for your needs, please let us know (support@braveinbloom.com).

There’s no need to return the damaged or defective product – we will ship a replacement to you for free!

If however, you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping) by emailing us at returns@braveinbloom.com. Just let us know what you want to return and we will partner with you to provide excellent service. We have custom created the best possible products and stand behind the efficacy of everything we make. So, please reach out if you have questions before purchasing.

Product Information

Our products use natural and holistic ingredients. We do not use skin-harming detergents and chemicals in order to achieve results like the big brands. All Brave in Bloom products are custom designed and formulated with the Earth's purest botanicals, butters, oils, waxes, essentials, and wildcrafted ingredients designed to restore skin to it's perfect state.

Your skin is a living, breathing organ that absorbs nutrients and impurities from the environment. Your skin releases metabolic impurities throughout the day. We use only the best natural ingredients found on Earth that are known for their efficacy, feel, and superior results that are better short and long-term solutions for your skin than the chemicals found in mainstream commercial skin care products.

None of our products ever use ingredients that contain gluten. You never have to worry about cross-contamination since we don't use any gluten ingredients in our lab.

We never, ever test on animals. Our products are completely cruelty-free and we only work with suppliers who share this approach.

Many of our products are vegan. When there is an exception, we will note any non-vegan ingredient it contains in the Ingredients section on each product page.

We formulate all of our products to work with all skin types, especially sensitive skin. We design the highest quality skincare and aging prevention products using ingredients that are non-irritating, detergent-free, and free from all dyes and harsh chemicals.

We do not offer free samples, but we do offer each product in our subscription kits separately, as well. We generally aim to provide a month's worth of daily skincare or aging prevention in each product we sell. Please read our product pages, if you're wondering if our products are right for you. Our product pages outline key facts about our products, their ingredients, and their benefits. 

Congratulations on the pregnancy! We know that you’re being very thoughtful and want to do what is best for your body and your baby.

Our ingredients are mild, natural, and used in the ideal ratios for your skin. We recommend that you consult your doctor before using any skin care products during your pregnancy, since we are not medical professionals and are unable to give you medical advice.

We recommend using all of our products within 6 months of opening them, unless otherwise stated on the container. Our products are jam-packed with nature's best organic ingredients. They do not last nearly as long as the big brands' chemically packed, synthetic products.

We have painstakingly formulated our products to address specific skin issues including breakouts, redness, inflammation, fine lines, wrinkles, dryness, dark spots, blackheads, cysts, scars, and more. We have helped countless people to reach their skincare goals and to become and maintain their best selves when nothing else worked. So, why can't we guarantee results for everyone?

The answer is that it's just not possible to guarantee results when there are so many factors at play. Our products are extremely effective at improving the skin. However, the skin is an organ that responds to environmental and internal changes, as well. Here are some examples of things, out of our control, that can get in the way of perfect skin:

  • Lifestyle habits (eating too much sugar, dairy, and processed foods)
  • Medications such as birth control, acne medications, and antibiotics
  • Using other skin care products that may be irritating your skin
  • Using the products inconsistently

We do not have a pick-up option. Our goal is to provide customized, luxury skincare and aging prevention products to customers in as many locations across the globe as we can.

No, our products contain natural and organic ingredients, but we are not a certified organic company. We choose to purchase the best ingredients for the formula we are making. And we source only the highest quality ingredients from our trusted, ethical suppliers. In many cases we use small farms or co-ops to source wild-harvested, ethically-traded, organically grown ingredients. Some of these suppliers haven't yet achieved organic certification despite growing organically. We prefer to continue using ethical, high-quality suppliers rather than having to using a substandard certified organic ingredient.

No, we do not carry products with sunscreen at this time. We recommend checking the EWG website for clean sunscreen products that are right for you: https://www.ewg.org/sunscreen/

We love coconut oil and it has tremendous benefits for many skin types. But, like all ingredients, not everyone's skin reacts the same to it. If you have a coconut oil sensitivity, you may want some of our products which do contain the ingredient. We always list all ingredients on each product page, so you can quickly determine if the product you're interested in contains coconut oil.

Yes, our products can be used by the whole family, actually! The entire Brave in Bloom line can be used by men and women (and many of our products are gentle and frequently used by the whole family, including kids).

Essential Oils

Never. We do not use multi-level marketing essential oil brands. There are several reasons for this, but we are happy to utilize other fantastic suppliers that provide wonderful and pure essential oils.

The term ‘therapeutic grade' is both false and misleading. The term ‘certified therapeutic grade’ was invented (and then trademarked) by doTerra. It is just a marketing technique they created, which has led to the assumption that all other essential oils are not as ‘pure’. That is not true at all.

All of our essential oils are wild harvested from their native location. We only use the purest essential oils available.
